Bitbang I2C on the GD32VF103 SEED board

The SEED board contains some nice extra hardware:

• 32.768kHz crystal
• 24C02 I2C EEPROM
• W25C64 SPI Flash memory
• Three leds
• Two switches
• Connector for LCD display
• Connector for SD-card

This is place for the I2C drivers in different flavours
